Dr. Zongjin LI is a Chair professor at University of Macau. He received his B.E. from Zhejiang University in 1982 and obtained both his M.S. and PhD from Northwestern University, Chicago, in 1990 and 1993, respectively. He is a fellow of American Concrete Institute, Chair of China Group of RILEM and Founding President of ACI China Chapter. As the chief scientist, he has led a China Key National Basic Research Project (973), ‘Basic study on environmentally friendly contemporary concrete’. He also founded the Gordon Research Conference, ‘‘Advanced Materials for Sustainable Infrastructure Development’ in 2014. He has published 5 technical books, in which ‘Advanced Concrete Technology’ published by John Wiley has been collected by many national libraries and major university libraries and used by many universities as text or reference books for civil engineering. He has also published more than 400 technical papers with a Google Scholar citation of 20515 and H-index of 78. He has also been awarded eight US and seven Chinese patents. Three of his patents have been developed into commercial products. He received the Arthur R. Anderson Medal from American Concrete Institute in 2017 and Distinguished Visiting Fellowship Award from British Royal Academy of Engineering in 2014.

Prof. SuksunHorpibulsuk obtained a B.Eng. (Civil Engineering) with Honors Award from KhonKaen University, Thailand in 1996. Prof. Suksun was subsequently granted a scholarship by the Royal Thailand Government to pursue a M.Eng. in Soil Engineering at Asian Institute of Technology and duly completed in 1998. He then received a prestigious MONBUSHO scholarship from the Japanese Government to pursue his Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering at Saga University in Japan that he duly completed in 2001. Prof. Suksun joined Suranaree University of Technology (SUT) as a lecturer in 2002. His outstanding research, teaching and service for the university, community and profession over the years was duly recognized when he was promoted to the level of full professor in 2010. He is an associate fellow of The Royal Society of Thailand, as well as a professor of School of Civil Engineering and a founder director of Center of Excellence in Innovation for Sustainable Infrastructure Development at SUT. He is also an Academic Senate member of SUTand Rajamangala University of Technology Isan. He is presently the president of the International Geosynthetics Society (IGS) – Thailand Chapter, anadjunct professor at Swinburne University of Technology, Australia and a visiting professor at UniversitiTeknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. He also serves as an editor and reviewer for several prestigious national and international journals.

Dr. Kenji Sorimachi completed his PhD at Faculty of Engineering, Gunma University, Japan and postdoctoral studies at the National Institutes of Health, USA. Dr. Kenji Sorimachi is affiliated to Department of Microbiology, Dokkyo Medical University, and then to Educational Support Center, DokkyoMedical University, where Dr. Kenji Sorimachi is currently working as Professor. Dr. Kenji Sorimachi has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and also working as a reviewer for reputed professional journals. Dr. Kenji Sorimachi is having an activeassociation with different societies and academies around the world. Dr. Kenji Sorimachi made his mark in the scientific community with the contributions and widely recognition from honorable subject experts around the world. Dr. Kenji Sorimachi has received several awards for the contributions to the scientific community. He is the senior author of more than 150 published papers. Dr. Kenji Sorimachi has newly developed the innovative method for CO2 fixation and storage.

Dr. Peter E. Sebaaly is a Professor of Civil Engineering and Director of the Western Regional Superpave Center (WRSC) and the Pavement Engineering & Science (PES) Program at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). He is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Nevada & Arizona, USA. He earned his B.S.C.E. (1982) and M.S.C.E. (1983) from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his Ph.D. (1987) from Arizona State University, specializing in pavements/materials engineering. In 1990, Dr. Sebaaly joined the faculty of the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR). Dr. Sebaaly is currently working on several research projects on the development of new engineered materials to enhance the durability and sustainability of asphalt pavements and the incorporation of these materials into design methods and specifications for maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction of pavements.

Prof. Dr. Katarina Monkova was inaugurated in the field of mechanical engineering at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen (Czech Republic). She completed her engineering studies at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Technical University in Kosice Slovakia and graduated as the best student of the year (1/187) with the Rector's Award for excellent results achieved during her studies with a rating of 1.00 (and all exams for the first attempt). Since then, she has been working continuously at the Faculty of Manufacturing Technologies of the Technical University in Kosice with a seat in Presov, Slovakia, and she currently works as a professor in the field of Production Engineering. Her theoretical knowledge and extensive activities for industrial companies allow her to combine scientific and professional activities in the field of design of production technologies and technical equipment with areas of interest, such as metamaterials or simulation of technical components. She is a member of many international scientific organizations (ESIS, SCIEI, IAENG, WASET, IACSIT, SAISE, etc.); member, co-chair and chair of the scientific committees at many domestic and foreign conferences, as well as a member of evaluation commissions and graduate committees. Katarina Monkova is a member of the Sectoral Verification and Evaluation Panels for Technical Information Sciences and Council for Research, Development and Innovation at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic; and she is like the only woman a member of the "Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Research Team (AMTRteam)" - Top Team of Slovakia in the Mechanical Engineering field. She is also a member of editorial boards and a reviewer of articles in many distinguished journals. During her many years of work at FMT TU Kosice, she has been a responsible researcher and a member of the teams of many international and domestic projects. At present, she is an author of more than 350 publications at home and abroad, the main author of 9 monographs and 9 university textbooks and scripts.

Giuseppe Ciaburro holds a a PhD in environmental technical physics a master's degree in chemical engineering, and a master's degree in acoustic and noise control .
