SHIWEN MAO is a professor and Earle C. Williams Eminent Scholar Chair, and Director of the Wireless Engineering Research and Education Center (WEREC) at Auburn University. His research interest includes wireless networks, multimedia communications, and smart grid. He is a Distinguished Lecturer of IEEE Communications Society and the IEEE Council of RFID. He is the editor-in-chief of IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking, and is/was on the editorial board of several IEEE and ACM journals and magazines. He received the IEEE ComSoc TC-CSR Distinguished Technical Achievement Award in 2019 and NSF CAREER Award in 2010. Liye Xiao is a scientist who works on electrical engineering and electric power technology. In 1990, he started the research in high field magnet, and then obtained his doctorate degree in 1995 at the Institute of Electrical Engineering (IEE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). During 1995 and 1998, as postdoctoral researcher, he visited National High Magnetic Field Laboratory in Tallahassee and High Magnetic Field Laboratory of National Institute for Material Sciences in Tsukuba. In 1998, he was back to IEE-CAS and started the research of novel application of superconductor in power technology. Since that time, he has leaded some projects to develop superconducting power cable, fault current limiter (FCL), transformer and SMES in China. His team then successfully developed a 75m, 3-phase 10.5kV/1.5kA power cable, a 3-phase 10.5kV/1.5kA FCL, a 3-phase 10.5kV/400V/630kVA power transformer and a 1MJ/500kVA HTS SMES which were demonstrated at live distribution systems; In 2011, a superconducting power substation with above superconducting power equipments had been built and operated for an industrial park in Baiyin City; In 2013, a 360m/10kA HTS superconducting DC power cable has been developed and demonstrated at an aluminum electrolyzing workshop. From 2009, Liye Xiao started the research of smart grid technology and renewable energy system such as DC power grid and micro-grid. In last few years, he has paid his attention on the temporal-spatial complementary properties of renewable energies and the architecture of wide-area power grid for renewable energy, and now acts as the chief-scientist for smart grid technology project of Chinese Academy of Sciences and as responsible project manager of National Key Projects for Smart Grid. In recent years, he also extended his research interests in the novel energy storage system and the structure of the power system for China considering the carbon neutrality target. During June 2007- September 2017, Liye Xiao has acted as the director of Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Now, he is the director of Interdisciplinary Research Center and director of Energy storage and New power transmission grid at IEE. Now, Liye Xiao also acts the chairman of Beijing Electrotechnical society, and he is also member of some international organizations such as the Global Energy Prize International Award Committee, International Magnet Conference Organization Committee, International Cryogenic Engineering Committee.

Professor Vladimir G. Chigrinov is Professor of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology since 1999. He is an Expert in Flat Panel Technology in Russia, recognized by the World Technology Evaluation Centre, 1994, and SID Fellow since 2008. He is an author of 6 books, 31 reviews and book chapters, about 322 journal papers, more than 677 Conference presentations, and 121 patents and patent applications including 38 US patents in the field of liquid crystals since 1974. Gianluca Traversi graduated summa cum Laude in Electronic Engineering from the University of Pavia and received a Ph. D. degree in Electronic, Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same University. Since 2017 he is Associate Professor of Electronics at the University of Bergamo. He is Senior Member of the IEEE and since 2000 he has been working on several projects funded by the Italian Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN) and by the Italian Ministry for Education, University and Research. His research activity is focused on nanoscale planar and vertically integrated (3D) CMOS technologies for the design of front-end electronics for solid state detectors and on the development of microelectronic circuits for the future upgrades of the High Luminosity LHC. Presently he is also developing wearable sensor systems for the wireless monitoring of environmental and physiological parameters. He has authored or co-authored more than 220 papers in international scientific journals and conference proceedings.

Prof. Jesuk Ko received his Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering from Royal Melbourne University of Technology (RMIT) in Australia, and his M.Eng.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) in Korea, respectively. He is currently a Visiting Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Universidad Mayor de San Andres (UMSA) in Bolivia. He is also an Adjunct Professor of the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology (NM-AIST) in Tanzania. He was a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Engineering at the Australian National University (ANU) from 2008 to 2009. Dr T S Rathore received B Sc, ME, and PhD (All in Electrical Engineering) from Indore University, Indore. He served SGSITS, Indore (1965-1978), IIT Bombay (1978-2006), St. Francis Institute of Technology, Borivali (2006-2014) and IIT Goa(2017-2019). He was a post-doctoral fellow (1983-85) at the Concordia University, Canada and a visiting researcher at the University of South Australia, Adelaide (March-June 1993). He was an ISTE visiting professor (2005-2007). He has published and presented several research papers, has authored the book Digital Measurement Techniques, New Delhi: Narosa Publishing House, 1996 and Alpha Science International Pvt. Ltd., U K, 2003 and translated in Russian and Hindi in 2004 and 2020, respectively. Professor Jae Pil Jung is a professor in the Department of Materials Science & Engineering and the Department of Intelligent Semiconductor at the University of Seoul, and is the current Honorary President of the Korean Association of Micro-Electronics Packaging and the Korean Welding & Joining Society. He received his PhD in Metallurgical Engineering from Seoul University in 1992. Professor Jung's research interests are in interconnection materials and electronics packaging processes for semiconductors, electronics, cars, and other areas, including soldering and brazing, electroplating, and other micro-joining processes. He has been working onjoining since 1985, specializing in the development of microjoining materials and technologies, and the miniaturization of electronic packages. He has researched and published widely on microjoining technologies, with over 260 journal papers and 10 books, and holds over 70 patents for his research.

Dr. Kenza Maher is a Scientist at the Qatar Environment and Energy Research Institute (QEERI) since January 2015. With over 12 years of experience in the battery energy storage R&D field, Dr. Maher has made significant contributions to the development of safe and reliable materials for Li-ion and Na-ion batteries. Her research interests also encompass the advancement of diagnostic strategies and protocols to validate the performance and reliability of battery systems, cells, and materials. Before joining QEERI, Dr. Maher worked as a Research Fellow and Project Leader at the Joint Future Mobility Research Lab, collaborating with the BMW Group and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. During this time, her focus was on safety evaluation and diagnostics of BMW electric car batteries, with the aim of mitigating the risks associated with thermal runaway. Dr. Maher completed her Ph.D. at Cadi Ayyad University in Morocco in January 2011. Her doctoral research centered around the development of new phosphate and oxide materials for high-energy lithium-ion batteries. As a Guest Researcher at Angström Laboratory, Department of Material Chemistry, Uppsala University in Sweden, she furthered her research during her Ph.D. studies. Afterward, she joined the Energy Research Institute at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore as a Research Fellow, where she worked on a novel method to determine the battery state of charge (SOC) and state of health (SOH) based on thermodynamic properties. Following her tenure at Nanyang Technological University, Dr. Maher moved to TUM CREATE Ltd in Singapore, where she conducted research on the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of batteries.

Prof. Ts. Dr Mohd Afizi Mohd Shukran is currently, a Professor in Department of Computer Science in Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM). He has several research experiences including 60 published journals and over 40 proceedings. Also, he has several computer science professional certification such as MCSE, MCSA and ENSA. His education background is that he has a bachelor in Information System from Melbourne University, Australia and a Master degree in Information Technology at Sydney University , Australia. Daniele Menniti (Italy 1958) is graduated in Engineering of Industrial Technologies - electrical address - in 1984 at the University of Calabria and received his doctorate (PhD) in Electrical Engineering in 1989 at the University Federico II of Naples. He is currently Full Professor of Electrical Systems and Electrical Systems for Energy at the Department of Mechanical Energetics and Management Engineeringof the University of Calabria; he is local supervisor for the Unit of Research of the University Group of Electrical Systems for Energy (GUSEE) in the University of Calabria; he is head of the laboratory of electrical systems for energy and renewable energies (LASEER) of University of Calabria. He conducts research in the fields of electrical generation systems; electricity transmission and distribution; distributed generation; smart, micro and nano grids; renewable sources; storage systems; power electronics and power quality; as an expert, (since 2011) he is a technical consultant on behalf of Italian Authority ARERA, for the evaluation of the system research projects – RdS. He is a member of the Executive Council of EnSiEl Consortium (National Inter-University Consortium for energy and electric systems) and its Executive Committee, a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Consortium CRETA (Regional Consortium for Energy and Environmental Protection) as well as Chairman and CEO of Spin-off Academic CRETA Energie Speciali Srl. From 2002 to 2009 and from 2017 until now he was Chairman of the AEIT Section of Calabriaand member of General Council of AEIT.

Philip W. T. Pong received a B.Eng. from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 2002 with 1st class honours. Then he studied for a PhD in engineering at the University of Cambridge (2002-2005). He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Magnetic Materials Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for three years. His research interest currently focuses on the development and application of advanced sensing techniques based on electromagnetic sensors in smart grid and smart city. GordanaJovanovicDolecek received a BSc and Ph.D. degree from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and an MSc degree from the University of Beograd, Serbia. In 1995 she joined Institute INAOE, Department for Electronics, Puebla, Mexico, where she works as a full professor. osip Lorincz received the B.Sc. (M.S. equivalent) and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications engineering and computer science from the University of Split, Split, Croatia, in 2002 and 2010, respectively.,In 2003, he joined the Department of Electronics and Computing at FESB–Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Split. In 2009–2010 academic year, he was a Visiting Researcher with the Advanced Network Technologies Laboratory of the Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. As a Project Leader or Researcher, he participated in more than twenty scientific and professional projects funded by public or private sector. Since 2004, he has owned Cisco CCNA, CCAI, and BCMSN certificates. He has authored more than 35 research papers published in different scientific conferences and journals. His current research interests include energy-efficient wireless and wired networks, optimization in telecommunications, advanced design, the management and analyses of computer heterogeneous networks, and performance evolution of routing protocols.,Dr. Lorincz is a Senior Member of the ACM, and the first president of the Croatian ACM chapter. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Young Researcher Award by the Croatian Academy of Engineering, in 2013. Dr. Mahmoud is a lecturer and researcher in the field of computer science and information technology. He obtained Msc and PhD in science and technology from Malaysia and Mscin cybersecurity and management from Warwick University at UK. Now working as an associate professor at Guangxi Minzu NormalUniversity, China (English is the medium of instruction). Before that, Mahmoud was an academic staff and researcher since the year 1999. Since then, he has taught several computer courses (Web Front-end Development, Java, JavaScripts, Computer Network Security, Principles of Database, ORACLE Database, Professional Computer English, System Analysis and Design, C Programming, Data Transmission Through Networks, Human-Computer Interaction, and Object-Oriented Database). Also, he was holding several academic positions as module leader, course leader, and coordinator. He also published several journal articles in the field of computer security and information systems. Mainly he delivers speeches on the latest issues of network security and emerging technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data.

Wolfgang Schubert was born in Leipzig in 1952. He is a trained letterpress printer and studied polygraphy in Leipzig. After holding various management positions in the printing industry and in the sale of sheetfed and hybrid printing presses, he set up his own business in 1997 and since then has also been active in the specialist field of electrostatics. In addition to a number of technical articles, he is co-author of two technical books on electrostatics. He is the author of the Encyclopedia of Static Electricity, published in November 2022. In May 2016, he was publicly appointed and sworn in by the Leipzig Chamber of Industry and Commerce as an expert in the specialist areas of printing processes and presses, printability and packaging printing. He is also active throughout Europe as an independent expert and trainer in the field of electrostatics.

Dr. Abdallah Tubaishat is an associate professor in the College of Technological Innovation at Zayed University, UAE. He has a strong background in Computer Science (CS). He holds a PhD degree in CS from Illinois Institute of Technology, USA. Dr. Tubaishat has around 27 years of experience in teaching and research: one year as a full-time visiting professor in Chicago State University, USA; six years of experience as an assistant professor in Jordan University of Science & Technology (JUST), Jordan; and twenty-one years as an associate professor in Zayed University, UAE. His research spans three main areas: software engineering, database security, and IT teaching innovations. He has published a book entitled "Computer Skills", one book chapter, thirty-one journal and fort-two conference publications. Dr. Tubaishat served on the program and organizing committees of several international conferences and workshops. He served as TPC for 63 international journals and conferences, chaired 6 conferences sessions, attended 8 professional workshops, and delivered 4 invited talks in local and international professional gathering.

Claudio Turchetti received the Laurea degree in electronics engineering from the University of Ancona, Ancona, Italy, in 1979. He joined the Università Politecnica delle Marche, Ancona, in 1980, where was the Head of the Department of Electronics, Artificial Intelligence and Telecommunications for five years and is currently a Full Professor of Micro-Nanoelectronics and Embedded Systems. His current research interests include: statistical device modeling, RF integrated circuits, device modeling at nanoscale, computational intelligence, signal processing, pattern recognition, system identification, machine learning and neural networks. He has published more than 160 journal and conference papers, and two books. The most relevant papers were published in IEEE J. of Solid-State Circuits, IEEE Trans. on Electron Devices, IEEE Trans. on CAD of IC’s and Systems, IEEE Trans. on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Trans. on Signal Processing, IEEE Trans. on Cybernetics, IEEE J. of Biomedical and Health Informatics, IEEE Trans. on Consumer Electronics, Information Sciences. He has held a variety of positions as Project Leader in several applied research programs developed in cooperation with small, large, and multinational companies in the field of microelectronics. At present is involved in three European Projects. Prof. Turchetti has served as a Program Committee Member for several conferences and as a reviewer of several scientific journals. He is a Member of the IEEE, Computational Intelligence and Signal processing Society. He has been an Expert Consultant of the Ministero dell’ Università e Ricerca.

Prof. Dr. Vadim Azhmyakov is an Applied Mathematician from the old “soviet” Mathematical school. He has the Engineering Master title (in Control Engineering) from Moscow State Technical University (Moscow, Russia) and PhD in Applied Mathematics from Institute of Control Sciences, the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Russia). Additionally, Vadim Azhmyakov has completed his Habilitation in Mathematicsat the University of Greifswald (Greifswald, Germany). Vadim Azhmyakov has worked in Russian Academy of Science (the Russian academic research center) and in Germany: at University of Bayreuth, University of Greifswald, University of Magdeburg and at Technical University of Berlin. He also has a broad professional experience in industry. Moreover, Vadim Azhmyakov has a teaching and research experience in Latin America: as a Researcher at CINVESTAV in México City and as a Professor at the Universidad de Medellín and Universidad Central (both located in Colombia). I am a materials scholar, a target-oriented research/management specialist with a wide range of experience on, research-based perovskite/organic, C-Si optoelectronics (Solar cell & LED), projects development and scale-up for mass production. Throughout my career, I have worked in prestigious research institutes and laboratories across different countries. Notably, a significant portion of the projects I have undertaken received funding from renowned companies including LG Display and Samsung Electronics. Currently I work as a visiting academic at the Department of Chemical and Process Engineering, University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Mohammed El-hajj is a renowned computer scientist who earned a Bachelor of Science degree from IUL University in Lebanon in 2004. He furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Science degree from Kingston University in London in 2008. In 2020, he successfully completed his Ph.D. in Network Security from the prestigious University Saint Joseph in Lebanon with the highest rank. Early in his career, Mohammed worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Sciences and Arts in Lebanon. His expertise and knowledge in the field of computer science allowed him to excel in this role. Recently, Mohammed has embarked on a new chapter in his professional journey by accepting a position as a lecturer at the University of Twente. This opportunity enables him to contribute to the education and development of aspiring computer science students. Mohammed's research interests are diverse and encompass two primary areas: IoT security and network security. Dr Hua Yan received the PhD degree in Engineering from the University of Warwick in 2021. He is currently working as a Research Fellow with the School of Engineering, The University of Warwick, U.K. His research interests include UAV Communications, Semantic Communications and Multi-Agent Systems.

Mehdi Ghasemzadeh was born in Urmia, Iran in 1988. He received his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Urmia University, Urmia, Iran in 2012, 2014 and 2022 respectively. All of his degrees were awarded with honors. His research interests include the design of analog and digital integrated circuits and high-speed high-resolution data converters.At present, he holds the position of lecturer and researcher within the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Urmia University.

Amjad Ali Amjad received the B.S. degree (Hons.) in computer systems engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology (UET), Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2014, the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Lahore, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2017 and the PhD degree from Zhejiang University in 2021. Currently, he is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the school of electronic and computer engineering, Peking University.His research interests include wireless optical communications, underwater wireless optical communication, solid-state lighting and visible light communication. He has co-authored one book chapter and several papers on the above subjects in refereed journals and conference proceedings.

Dr. Leony Ortiz received both B.S. and MS.c. degrees in Automatic Engineering from the Instituto Superior Politécnico Julio Antonio Mella (ISPJAM) from the Universidad de Oriente, Cuba; an additional Master of Science degree in Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, in Medellín, Colombia; and is a Ph.D in Engineering from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. He is currently serving as a full professor in the Electrical Engineering Department at the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, in Quito, Ecuador and is an active member of the Smart Grids research GIREI Group in Ecuador. His main line of research is the Systems Identification, Fault Diagnosis and Fault Tolerant Control applied to Smart Microgrids. Professor Ortiz has been a coordinator and researcher of various research projects developed at the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana and currently coordinates the project "Resilient systems for hierarchical control of AC / DC Hybrid Microgrid based on fault detection and tolerance strategies", 2022. Internationally, he is an invited collaborator for the prestigious Colombian research program “Energética 2030”. He is the author and reviewer of various scientific papers for high-impact national and international journals and conferences. Additionally, he collaborated as a reviewer and committee member of various international events and conferences. In 2010, he was involved in community work as a member of the Cuban medical brigade during the massive earthquake in Haiti.

Alexander Aguila Tellez. - In 2005 he graduated as an Electrical Engineer from the University of Camagüey - Cuba. In 2010 he received his master's degree in Energy Efficiency, awarded by the University of Ciego de Ávila, Cuba. In 2019 he received his second master's degree in Engineering, awarded by the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, Medellín – Colombia, where he has also collaborated as a researcher in several scientific projects. He received his PhD's degree (Magna Cume Laude) in Engineering in the aforementioned university in Colombia in 2021. Over the last seven years, he has worked as a professor and researcher at the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana in Ecuador, where he has conducted several electrical engineering courses and supervised some master theses. At present, he is the Director of the Department of Electrical Engineering of this university. He is a member of the research group on smart electrical grids (GIREI) and a member of the Colombian research program “Energética 2030”. Boyu Qin is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Xi’an Jiaotong University. He received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2011 and received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University in 2016. His main research interests include power system stability analysis and control, integrated energy systems, power system planning and operation, energy policy and low carbon economy, energy storage technologies and MMC-HVDC transmission systems. He is the author of about 60 journal and conference papers indexed by SCI/EI, holds more than 10 invention patents. Dr. Qin is a recipient of the Second Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Scientific and Technological Research of Shaanxi Universities. He received the Excellent Paper Award 3 times in international academic conferences. He has served as an active reviewer for several IEEE Transactions, IET series, and other international journals. He is an associate editor of Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems.

Prof Tahmid Quazi completed his B.Sc.Eng. and M. Sc. Eng. (Electronic Engineering) at the University of Natal in 2001 and 2003, respectively. After a year as an Engineering in the Automotive Industry, he returned to the renamed University of KwaZulu-Natal to pursue his Ph.D., which he completed in 2009. In 2007 Tahmid joined the School of Engineering as an academic in Computer Engineering. He has had numerous leadership roles in the School in the realms of research, teaching and administration. He was the head of Computer Engineering in 2013 and from 2018 to 2021. He has received a number of Research Excellence awards from his institution. Tahmid has published many articles in international journals in multimedia traffic transmission using various techniques, including cross-layer design and hierarchical modulation. More recently, his work has focused on research into a variety of diversity systems, including space, time, signal, labelling, and polarization diversity, to improve the error rate performance of wireless links. He is passionate about using technology for the betterment of mankind, and channels his research accordingly. In addition to his research in the field of advanced telecommunication systems to help bridge the digital divide in the African context, he runs numerous R&D projects in IoT, embedded and signal processing systems.

Besong John Ebot received the B.S. degree in physics and computer science from the University of Buea, Buea, Cameroon, in 2009 and the M.S. degree in industrial engineering from the École NationaleSupérieure Polytechnique Douala, University of Douala, Douala, Cameroon, in 2012. He received the M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical and computer engineering from Yokohama National University, Yokohama, Japan, in 2018, and 2023 respectively. In 2016, he conducted overseas research at the Department of Automation, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. His research interests include electric machines design, wireless power transfer systems, electric vehicles, and new actuation technologies for mechatronics systems. Dr. Besong is currently a research fellow at Yokohama National University. He is a member of the IEEE Magnetics Society, Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics, and Industry Applications Societies.

Farzin Shama received the B.E.; M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics from Razi University, Kermanshah, Iran in 2009, 2012, and 2016, respectively. Now, he is an assistant professor in Kermanshah Branch, Islamic Azad University, Kermanshah, Iran. He was the head of the electrical engineering department between 2018 and 2019. His research interests include artificial intelligence, complex circuits, and systems solutions, Analog circuits and design, microwave engineering, passive and active circuits design and fabrication, photovoltaic cell design, and neuron implementation. His research interests include artificial intelligence, complex circuits and systems solutions, Analog circuits and design, microwave engineering, and passive and active circuits design and fabrication. He was proud to be awarded as the superior researcher in the engineering faculty of Razi University, in 2011 and 2012 and for several years at Kermanshah Branch, Islamic Azad University. Also, he has been selected as the top student in Iran for Ph.D. Degree in 2015. He has published more than 90 papers in international, and domestic journals, and conferences. He has graduated with three Ph.D. students as the supervisor, recently working on some new projects involved with the electronics industry and bioelectronics. He was born in Trabzon, Turkey, in 1987. He received his bachelor's degree from Gazi University, Faculty of Science, Department of Physics, in 2011. After working in semiconductor research centers for a while, he also worked as a teacher. Then, he started his master's education at Gazi University, Physics Department, in 2018 and received his master's degree from this department in 2021. Murat Ulu soy, who started his Ph.D. education in the same year, is still working as a research assistant in the same department in 2020. He studies current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics of semiconductor structures in general, especially Schottky structures. Despite the negative effects of the Covid pandemic, he has 11 international publications and more than 80 citations so far (h=5, i10=4). He also served as vice president of an international congress held at his university in 2022. He is an academic who likes to work, especially multidisciplinary work, and aims to be a good researcher.

Dr. Djallel Bouneffouf has worked for many years in the field of online machine learning, with a main research interest is in building autonomous system that can learn to be competent in uncertain environments. Dr. Djallel Bouneffouf conducted his research in both public and privet sector. He spent 5 years at Nomalys a Mobile App Development Company (Paris, France) where he developed the first risk-aware recommender system, one year at Orange labs (Lannion, France) where he proposed to model the Active learning as a contextual bandit, 2 years at the BC Cancer Agency (Vancouver, Canada) where he come up with a very fast clustering algorithm helping the biologist analyzing all the collected and unstructured data and during his 5 years at IBM (USA and Ireland) he proposed the first reinforcement learning model that can mimic a different brain disorder and proposed a novel model of attention based on multi-armed bandit algorithm. According to Google Scholar, Dr. Djallel Bouneffouf is the 10 most cited scientist in his field, he has more than 40 publications published in top tiers conferences, has over 1564 citations, and has served as a PC in more than 20 conferences.

Mansoureh Zangiabadi received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Power Engineering from School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University of Tehran, Iran in 2012. She has more than 15 years of teaching, research, and industrial experience working in universities and companies in Iran, France, Norway, and U.K. She is currently with School of Engineering, Newcastle University, U.K, lead researcher at smart energy lab of centre of energy in Newcastle University. She designed and conducted the Lab tests of E-Lobster project the EU Horizon 2020 project and Smart Hub project the Innovate UK project. Her research interests include smarter solutions of future electricity gird (electrical battery storage, renewable energy resources, microgrids, demand side management), whole energy system roadmap of future (energy hub management) and smart mobility solutions (electrification of transport).

Dr Michael Gomez Selvaraj (MS) is a Senior Scientist at Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT, Cali, Colombia, leading plant phenomics platform. Within the CGIAR framework, MS’s research aims to increase the accuracy, precision, and throughput of phenotypic estimation of plant traits while reducing costs and minimizing labour through automation, remote sensing, improved data integration, and experimental design. Through effective collaboration with international partners, MS has developed a state-of-the-art facility comprised of automated rainout shelters (for drought screening) and low-nitrogen field plots (for Nitrogen use efficiency screening) integrated with a multi spectral imaging system mounted on phenotowers on the roof of rainout shelters and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). MS’s also instigated the development of break-through ground penetrating radar technologies capable of non-destructively quantifying cassava roots.Water and nitrogen use efficient trait screening protocols and standard operating procedures developed from his platform are being implemented in Ghana, Nigeria and Uganda through NEWEST rice (Nitrogen Use Efficient, Water Use Efficient and Salt Tolerant), a USAID project in which MS is Principal Investigator for Alliance and serves on the Project Advisory Committee. MS is currently collaborating with international partners and acting as a principal investigator in several research grantsto improve food security in developing counties. He has published more than 100 research and technical papers in internationally reputed journals and conferences and his research papers have been highly cited by research communities. He received outstanding research publication CIAT award (2017) for the phenomics research; Valle, Innovative and Intelligent territory award, 2019 for the category: digital transformation in agricultural sector.He is also serves as reviewer in several reputed international journals.

Oscar C. Zevallos was born in Cusco, Perú, in 1985. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco, Cusco, in 2010, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2014 and 2020, respectively. Since 2020, he has been a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. Stoumpos Charalampos was born in Thessaloniki, Greece, in 1990. He received the Diploma and M.Sc. degrees (Hons.) in electrical and computer engineering from the Democritus University of Thrace, Xanthi, Greece, in 2015 and 2017, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from the Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, U.K, in 2020. Since February 2021 he is a post-doc in INSA Rennes, Rennes, France.His PhD was part of the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation program under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Grant Agreement REVOLVE in partnership with Thales Alenia Space, Toulouse, France, where he spent two years as a Research Fellow in the Department of Research and Technology. His current research interests include microwave components, high aperture efficiency antennas, frequency selective surfaces and additive manufacturing.

Masoud Taghavi is head of the mechanical engineering department, at the faculty of Noshahr, Technical and Vocational University (TVU), Iran. His research interests are mechanical engineering, energy engineering, hydrogen productions, sustainable energies and green systems, solar energy and photovoltaic, renewable energies and HVAC new technologies fields, low energy building, and CO2 capture. For more than 8 years, Masoud has been working as an HVAC engineer in buildings, researcher, and teacher for various universities in Iran. He served as a faculty member at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, Lahore, from 2017 to 2018. Masoud Hoseinazade received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering in the field of communications from Malek Asther and K.N. Toosi University of Technology, Tehran, Iran, 2006 and 2009, respectively. After some lecturing in the department of electrical engineering at the Damavand branch of Islamic Azad University, he received his Ph.D. degree in telecommunication systems from Babol Noshirvani University of Technology, Babol, Iran. Deemah H. Tashman received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in 2022. She received the B.Sc. degree and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid, Jordan in 2014 and 2017, respectively. She was a Research and Teaching Assistant with Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan from 2014 to 2017, and with Concordia University from 2017 to 2022. S. M. Zafaruddin received a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from IIT Delhi, New Delhi, India, in 2013. Gaurav Singh Baghel (Member, IEEE) received his B.E. degree from the Shri Shankaracharya College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai, India, in 2010, the M.Tech degree in microwave engineering from IIT (BHU), Varanasi, India, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IIT Roorkee, Roorkee, India, in 2017. Dr Chamandeep Kaur has been working as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and IT at Jazan University, Saudi Arabia, for over a decade. She received her PhD from JJT University, Computer Science Theory and Engineering and her MCA from Punjab Technical University. She has over 20 years of experience in teaching, research, education, industry, and consulting. She has made several innovative and outstanding contributions to academic research. She has contributed over 25 publications in Scopus, SCIE, Elsevier, WoS and International peer-reviewed impact journals, several patents, and books. She is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). She has been awarded teaching and research merits by Jazan University, Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Debarati Chakraborty has done her PhD and post-doc from Center for Soft Computing Research, Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, India in 2017 and 2019 respectively. She then worked as a faculty in IIT Jodhpur and VIT-AP University for three years. She is currently associated with School of Computer Science and Engineering, RV University, Bangalore, India. Her areas of research interests include artificial intelligence, machine learning, rough sets, granular computing, video processing, reinforcement learning, uncertainty handling, deep learning, and robot vision. She has already published eleven international journals including two IEEE Transactions, five conference proceedings, and one authored book as the outcome of her research. She was also awarded with the prestigious 'Young Scientist Award' by Indian Science Congress Association in 2012. Apart from research, she is also engaged in teaching since last four years, and in this span she has taught different subjects related to AI and ML, and motivated many students in quality research by supervising them in different institutes.
